Allergies, oh no!

I discovered them in high school and it was a very frustrating transition. There weren’t a lot of products to switch over to, so I had to get creative!

Having to learn how to cook gluten free, no eggs, or dairy, etc, has been a challenging adventure.

I’ve gone from family refusing to touch my food, to family asking me to bake for them!

I plan on sharing my go to recipes that are a hit, so that others can enjoy in L.A. Fowler treats.
